We are unfortunately back to reality. Our time in Cabo was a dream come true, and we didn't want it to end.
I want to thank you from Camron, myself, and my parents for EVERYTHING you did. You were on top of every single detail. The day of the wedding I was so calm and relaxed knowing that everything was in your capable hands. Not one glitch happened. Even the sprinklers going off were taken care of in a split second! If that's the one glitch in a wedding, then I think that may be a record.
I couldn't believe how beautiful the flowers were as well. You were really able to translate the feeling and decor of the ceremony and reception that I wanted. It was exactly how I imagined and even more.
The trio you recommended and booked were fabulous. Unfortunately, I didn't get to hear but only 3 songs, but they seemed wonderful and we received many compliments from our guests.
The extra step you took in order to help us with our favors is very appreciated! The guests loved the favors, and I appreciated your input with them.
Transportation - as you know this seemed to be my biggest stress! Thank you for calming me down on the phone that day! In the end it seemed pretty flawless. Only one complaint (if it really is one) is that the driver Camron had didn't know which house it was. He was able to get there, but was uncertain that it was the house, but Camron reassured him it was. Overall, I think everyone was pleased. In my opinion, it is Cabo, Mexico, and not all drivers know where everything is. Not ONE cab we got into knew where Casa Contenta was, so, that explains a lot right there!
Gilda was very sweet and my Dad commented on how she seemed to be everywhere taking pictures. I'm excited to see what she has for us!
John did a perfect job during the ceremony as well. His advice regarding the flow of our ceremony really helped to make it smooth and made much more sense than when we had it. I really appreciated him sending his emails and lists of vows/blessings, etc. early on. Had he not, we probably wouldn't have had time to put it all together the way we wanted.
The day of the wedding, as I mentioned, was very relaxed due to you being in charge. Your coordinating with Lazy Gourmet was a huge help to us as well. Again, here you were able to convey the decor to them, and they set up, with your help, a fairy tale wedding for us! I can't tell you how many people are not only raving about the beauty of the wedding, but about the food! Everything we had was delicious.
Throughout the day and night, you keeping me posted as to the timeline, events, etc. was also a huge help. It made things so smooth, and I think it was perfect. You truly are a professional who knows the business!
One last point I would like to make is regarding our budget. I know you have probably dealt with all types of budgets, and ours certainly wasn't huge compared to many I'm sure you have done. That is one thing I know my family and I really appreciated. You were not at all "pushy" or seemed bothered when I said that some things were just too expensive or out of our budget. You made wonderful suggestions as to what other options were that would make the day special still.

Baja Weddings, and especially you, Jenny, helped make our wedding day a dream come true. Not only was it fun, it was romantic, and most importantly, memorable for us and everyone that attended. In fact, most of the guests said they felt like it was an "INStyle" magazine wedding. I think you can take that as a huge compliment!

Please keep me posted on any info from Gilda. Once I receive some pictures from her, I can see if they may be worthy of sending into the Knot and if I decide to, would it be alright if I give some credit to you, Jenny, and Baja Weddings? I think the villa, and your touches did make it dream like!

We did make it home safe and sound after a WONDERFUL honeymoon! I cannot thank you enough for everything you did to make our wedding so memorable. You were so helpful throughout the whole process, from making the planning easier than I could imagine, to calming our worries about traveling during the silly virus scare, to ensuring that everything went smoothly on our wedding day. Besides that, you were just so friendly and nice that it was a pleasure to work with you! I am so glad that I chose Baja Weddings and I plan to recommend you to everyone I know who may be getting married. Cabo is a beautiful destination (we plan to go back!), it was absolutely perfect for our wedding.
The car and driver that you hired for us was such a convenience. We loved the minister, he was great and completely put us at ease! And as for Dino and the photographs... well, we looked at them last night and it's a testament to his talent that the photos turned out beautifully despite the terrible wind that day. He made us look like we were in a magazine photo shoot in some of those pictures! We could not be happier!
I could go on forever... I truly appreciate everything you did for us, we had a wonderful time and a very memorable wedding, all thanks to you! Thank you thank you thank you!!

I don't know how to thank you enough for all you did to make our wedding day perfect! From the very first time we spoke I had 100% confidence that you and the team at Baja Weddings would help us plan and have the most fabulous wedding ever!
Every vendor that you suggested (Jennifer Hatton for cake, the team at Cabo del Sol, the guitarist, John as our minister, DJ Joaquin, Cabo flowers, Suzanne Morel, etc) were perfect! Both Ryan and I, and EVERY one of our friends and family were so impressed with everything, and honestly we could not have done it without you.
You were so much fun to work with! Every time I talked to you, you gave me great ideas and were super up front about advice when we asked you for it. I can't tell you how important it was for me to know that you had things handled....I don't think any of us ever had a doubt that something would get handled when you said it would. Also, you spent a lot of time working on some of our wedding week events and gave great suggestions about things to do in the days and nights leading up to Saturday. Our rehearsal dinner night at Cabo Wabo wouldn't have been possible without your help.
Thank you again Jenny for EVERYTHING! Our wedding day was the most perfect day ever, and we owe so much of it to you and everyone at Baja Weddings for your help with all of the planning. I will give the highest recommendations to anyone I know who is planning on getting married in Cabo to work with you and Baja Weddings!
Oh, and the fireworks....good timing! Loved it!!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! The wedding was just perfect.. there isn't a single thing I'd change about our special day.. actually the whole weekend. Baja Weddings was probably the best investment we made for our destination wedding - having piece of mind was priceless. Your help and attention to detail allowed me to truly relax and enjoy all my family and friends and the fun we were all having. It was a pleasure to work with you.. and maybe when we return to Cabo we can finally just grab a drink and hang out.. no talk of flowers or menus!

I am sure you were looking forward to no more Adragna/DeFries wedding but I wanted to send you some pictures and say thank you. Everything was perfect! From the moment we contacted Baja Weddings the process was made so easy and effortless on our part. It was nice to not have to think of anything on our wedding day because I was 100% confident that it was being taken care of. You even had the Shout wipes for Michael's shirt! Everything, and I mean everything from the location you suggested to the food, reception decor, DJ, Guitarist, and of course, the mariachis was perfect! I can not imagine that planning other peoples weddings is an easy or painless task but Jenny, you are very good at what you do and all of your suggestions and ideas made the night that much better. You put Michael and I both at ease, and you put up with his budget cuts, which I appreciate more than you know! So, I can not say enough, thank you!

I cannot even begin to express in words how thankful I am for everything you did for us. From the very start you were attentive and thorough with everything. I don’t really have a lot of experience with weddings and was unsure of so many things. Thank you for your suggestions they helped me so much. You made me feel comfortable in every decision I made. I truly felt as though you genuinly cared about our big day! I cant believe how stress free you made everything. I still cant stop smiling!
Every single one of our guests commented on how great you were and how well put together everything was. My dad even said" Wow everything went perfect...that usually doesn’t happen" (This is ALOT coming from him.) hehe All of out guests were literally blown away by everything and couldn’t believe how amazing everything was.
Everyone had so much fun. The photographer you recommended Carlos was AMAZING! I cant believe how wonderful the pictures turned out. I love that I got the pictures before we even left Cabo!! He was just incredible! The trio was one of my favorite parts! They sounded beautiful and added such a nice atmosphere to an already amazing setting. Both Michael and I want to thank you making our wedding day more memorable then we could ever imagine. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I can't thank you enough for the way everything was handled. It went off without a hitch, which helped us to stay relaxed throughout the event. Your recommendations for photographer, musician, DJ, etc were all perfect. We're anxious to see Gilda's photos, but can tell from the way that she posed the shots that they'll be great photos.

You and April made our wedding day perfect!! I told April that there was no stress what-so-ever with the two of you planning this for us. People kept saying how stressed they thought I would be without seeing our site or anything else prior to the Big Day, but I kept telling everyone that even though I hadn't met you yet I was completely confident and comfortable with you. Everything was as I had imagined it to be and the flowers were even better than the calla lilies I had originally wanted. My bouquet was absolutely beautiful!! And thank God for April!! Not only did she keep everyone on track, she also assisted our amateur photographer in how to get perfect wedding photos, and when crisis came along with the guys missing clothes she came to the rescue and averted it by making an emergency run to pick them up for them. Thank you both so much in making our wedding day PERFECT!!

We finally made it home from our trip just as I was getting used to living the permanent vacation lifestyle! Had a great time in Maui, completely relaxing there and so beautiful. We are both so happy with how everything turned out. Everyone had a great time and had awesome things to say about the reception...great music and food and the room was decorated very classy. Couldn't have asked for much more. So, a huge thank you to you for all of your hard work to pull this together for us!! We couldn't have done it without you :)

Thanks for delivering the event of our life! I don't think there was one dissatisfied guest in the house throughout the entire weekend. Destination weddings are a new phenomenon in our culture and after this wedding, I think we've set a new bar and we'll be seeing more of them going forward. Our guests also commented on the hard work that you and the BW staff put in - they all commented on how organized you were. There is no way we could have pulled it off without you. I will forward you some emails from our guests.
• Suzanne Morel was AWESOME!! She and her assistant were attentive, kind and fast. They really put me at ease and helped me relax. Can you send me her mailing address?
• From what I can remember, the floral items were gorgeous. The dinner centerpieces were unique, the wedding garlands, the bouquet, the hanging flowers in the palapa, all were perfect, everything was spectacular.
• The dance floor was great. Dancing on the beach was a huge hit - the sound of the waves, the sand under everyone's feet, all the stars in the sky, the breeze, it all just came together in perfect harmony. No one had experienced such a thing at a wedding.
• The cake looked beautiful and exactly as I'd envisioned. Unfortunately, I didn't get to taste it but I did have a couple of folks tell me it was the best cake they've ever had. Give Jen our thanks!
• The sunset cruise was also a huge hit. The boat was in great condition and the staff was wonderful. People were raving about the kabobs, how delicious and fresh they were, and perfectly spiced for the Indian palate. We loved the tequila games and the dance lessons. Just a side note to remind guests to bring a light sweater/shawl.
• Fire dancers --- what a great surprise for the guests! They really kicked off the entire weekend and gave everyone a taste of all that was to come. The welcome dinner was so well received that I started to wonder how we were going to top it but we did indeed with each night until the grand finale!
All I can say is that I wish I was a guest at our wedding almost as much as being the starting act - that's how great of a time everyone had. Nirav and I can't thank you and BW enough for everything and particularly for working way past your quitting time on Saturday night. I'll say it again. We could not have done it without you!

Both Scot and I want to truly thank you for putting such a beautiful ceremony together for us. Everything turned out exceptional and we had so many compliments from our families. My parents said the dinner at La Perla was one of the best meals they have had. Service at the restaurant was exceptional. We could not have asked for anything better. You did a wonderful job.

You even timed the whales to frolic at the ceremony, did you know that?

Thank you for all of your great work leading up to and during our big day. It was an amazing day that went off without a hitch in no small thanks first and foremost to you and your staff but also to your great group of vendors for the flowers, music and photography (we are anxiously awaiting Manuel's pictures). The Cabo Del Sol venue was fabulous and all of our guests absolutely raved about what a breathtaking day it was, starting with the ocean front ceremony, the cocktail reception and finally the dinner and dancing in the main dining room. If asked how we would have done it differently we honestly couldn't dream of it being any different. More than one guest commented how they would have trouble describing just how truly beautiful everything was. At the risk of using a cliché, we will carry the memories from our wedding for a lifetime.

The hardest thing to do when planning a wedding from another country is to find somebody you can trust who says “Don’t worry, I’ve got it all covered” and then actually deliver the goods. You did it all for us! We worried about nothing, and we have you and your staff to thank for making our wedding come off without one problem.
