I can't tell you enough how much Brad and are appreciated your hard work on our behalf.  Everything turned out even better than we expected.  Brad said that he would've paid double.  Coming from him, that means a lot.  I can't wait to see Gilda's pictures!  I hope that you have a great holiday season and have the opportunity to enjoy it without being too busy.

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I am still trying to recover. Just went back to work Sunday night for the first time since returning from Los Cabos!!!

I cannot put into words the gratitude that both Drew and I have for you and everyone you helped me select that worked to make the wedding a DREAM COME TRUE!! I know I told you before that you exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t have imagined how beautiful everything turned out. As incredible as the pictures are, the memories are priceless. I couldn’t believe how perfect everything turned out, especially for keeping me clueless about my crazy guests behavior (ESPECIALLY "that guy")Thank you so much for everything and especially for putting up with me. I will miss emailing you.

Dear April,

We made it home....even though we DID NOT want to leave!!! We all had a wonderful time in Cabo and do hope to go back soon! Everything was great and Mike and I enjoyed every minute of it! I want to thank you again for all of your hard work in making our day so very special.  You did a wonderful job and I wouldn't have changed a thing! It was a true fairy tale wedding!  I truly appreciate all that you did and feel blessed to have had such a memorable day!  Everything was better than imagined!   My makeup and hair turned out wonderful! Suzanne Moore's girls did a fantastic job on all of us! We were very pleased!  Dino was great as well as Jorge and I CAN NOT WAIT to get the pics and video back (hopefully next week! :)!  The decorations were beautiful and everyone loved the food!  The guitarist/pianist had tons of compliments from my family and friends and we all thought he was awesome!  Everything was PERFECT and I could not have asked for more!  THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!  I will definitely tell all of my friends (who consider a destination wedding) that it is wonderful and that they should call you!  My mom has a really good picture of me and you so when I can show her how to upload them :) I will send it your way!  I hope you have a great week and keep in touch!

Hello April!!

I think I am your official "Late" Bride. I apologize I have not sent you this sooner, I have been without a computer for a couple months. We are enjoying married life very much and we wanted to thank you so much for all the hard work you put into making our special day extra special! Everything turned out so perfect, I am still getting phone calls and letters from family telling me how it was the best wedding they ever been to.

We might have had a few bumps in the road with the strong wind, wedding cake missing flowers, my grandfathers health, and my dress being too big, but it sure created some unforgettable memories.

The location was like a dream, I would recommend that spot at the Sheraton to anyone, it felt so private and the terrace was so great and romantic with the lanterns and the ocean so close! We all loved the set up of the tables and of the dance floor and bar.

You did such a great job for all the vendors you hired for our wedding. The solo guitarist was fantastic for the pre-ceremony and the ceremony, there were so many compliments from people on how talented he was and how beautifully he played as we walked down the isle. One of my favorite parts was the Mariachi band, they were awesome!! I loved the set up of them lined up as the ceremony ended, and also the outfits looked truly authentic. Our Pastor was also perfect, he was so genuine and he did such a great job bringing the spirituality to our ceremony. Another of my favorites was the flowers!! The flowers turned out far better then I imagined, I was so happy how the urns looked with the ocean in the back round, and my bouquet was so beautiful I didn't want to put it down. I was so pleased in how the tables centerpieces turned out, it fit the setting perfectly! The DJ did a great job playing the songs we picked at the perfect time, from our dinner music to dancing. Please let them all know what a great job they did.

One thing that Marcos and I noticed, we saw a few more weddings take place at the hotel that weekend and that made us realize what other small details you did that were so great. We noticed how the isle and ceremony was set up differently, and the sounds and outfits of the Mariachi bands, the solo guitarist, and how the flow of events went. Even though we ran a little late it never showed, it flowed so well and everything looked like a dream. I noticed how the other weddings the bridesmaids were line up so close and would walk within steps of each other down the isle, while the brides were close behind. What stood out to me is how you timed it so each bridesmaid took her time down the isle, one at a time. My Dad and I were out of sight until my maid of honor was almost to the alter, then we walked down, taking it all in!! To me that was such a great detail of your planning that I did not see at any of the other weddings.

I would be happy to talk to any Bride of yours and let her know that her wedding day is safe in your hands, and that you will provide such excellent service. I originally had another planner that did not work out, and I am so happy I found you and your company. I truly appreciate your patience, timely response, great ideas, and heart that you put into your work. I believe you will go far in life and I wish you the very best! I will make sure I will send you some pictures when I get them, and please do keep in touch.

We just want to say HUGE thank you again for helping us plan our dream wedding. Even though we asked you to help us at the last minute, with the wedding only a month away, you worked non-stop from day one to help us pull together a truly stunning and memorable day. From the beginning you treated the wedding as if it were you own, as you put all of your heart, mind, and energy into making our wedding everything that we envisioned. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception décor were all so beautiful and our guests were truly blown away. We received so many compliments, with many guests saying it was one of the most beautiful and fun weddings they’d been too.

Most of all, thank you for making the wedding day and planning process so stress-free. We loved receiving email and phone updates from you every few days, as they helped assure us that even small details we had mentioned in passing did not go overlooked. Knowing that you were handling everything really allowed us to enjoy our day with our family, friends, and each other. We only wish that we had hired you earlier!

From the first day we talked, I felt an immediate connection with you. You put my mind at ease during what could have been a stressful time, and made planning my wedding an absolutely great experience! As we talked more over the last few months, we learned more about each other and I truly feel I've found a great friend as well.

I couldn't have asked for more for my wedding day (or days as it turned out!). I don't have the words to describe how I feel. It was the greatest day of my life and I owe it all to YOU. Everything you did for us exceeded our expectations. We are completely amazed by you and still can't believe you got us into the Cabo Wabo for the ceremony. You started the ball rolling for an incredible week in Cabo and made any thoughts of bad weather a thing of the past. We believe every wonderful moment we had began with you.

I too loved every moment we shared planning the wedding and honeymoon, but also the personal talks we had. Nothing made me happier than to have more time with you when we were in Cabo. I think about those moments every day! Please know if you're ever in Michigan, you have friends here that would love to see you - you'll even have a place to stay! If coming to Michigan isn't in your future, we hope to see you soon, whether it's elsewhere or back in Cabo.

Hi April,

I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you have done for us to create a fantasy wedding. As the entire process was developing, Karen would tell me how wonderful you were to her and how she looked forward to speaking with you to discuss details and make arrangements for our wedding day. Every time she spoke with you, she was smiling and beaming the entire day, that means a lot to me, it really showed that you took a genuine interest in assuring that everything would be perfect for our big day and from what I heard and saw, I also knew that a friendship was developing. Thank you for being so good to my wife.

As our day approached, we grew more and more excited and you can imagine our disappointment/devastation when we heard the weather reports coming out of Cabo. HOWEVER.......you came to the rescue and pulled out an unbelievably HUGE rabbit out of the hat. We were absolutely blown away when you gave us the news about getting married in the Cabo Wabo Cantina. That moment set off a chain reaction of events that led to an incredible journey throughout the rest of our stay in Cabo. Magical moment after magical moment followed and made our honeymoon spectacular and we owe it all to you April. Thank you, thank you, thank you for making our wedding day and honeymoon more special than we could have ever imagined.

As Karen mentioned, not only were you our wedding coordinator, but above and beyond that, we consider you a friend. Obviously distance separates us and communication will be mostly via telephone and email, but anytime you have an opportunity to come to Michigan, we would love to hang out with you and as Karen said, welcome you into our home.

Hi April!

We made it home......went to work yesterday and realized we really were back in reality! We had a great first day back. Busy but good. I can't even begin to explain how beautiful Cabo is and how relaxing it was to stay at Dreams. Everyone was so excited and so glad that Brett and I went forward with the planning of a destination wedding. My mom said to me several times while we were there that anything that she had ever mentioned about having a destination wedding over a traditional wedding I should just forget because she was in Heaven!! :-)

Working with you was such a pleasure and fantastic experience! Never once did I feel nervous about how things were going. (of course until I started walking down and saw Brett and how great he looked!!) You made our special day just that......SPECIAL. I know we will always remember our day not only through the pictures but also through the beautiful setting that you helped to create. I would definitely recommend you and Baja Weddings to anyone that is considering a destination wedding. Brett mentioned that there was some man sitting in the blocked off area right before the wedding and he mentioned it to you and you immediately went to take care of the situation and how impressed he was with your efforts. I know it can't be easy doing your job and dealing with family and the stress of the bride and groom but you truely were the best we could have ever hoped and asked for.

It was nice to meet Coleen and we hope that she saw what a wonderful job you did by how much fun Brett, I and our families were having.

We've already decided that we will be visiting Dreams again for our anniversary so keep in touch so that we may see you again. (but on less stressful terms!! ;-) )

First of all I want to apologize for taking so long to send this email. Things have been very busy and a little crazy since the wedding. Ruben and I wanted to thank you and your staff for making our wedding in June 2008 so memorable and FUN! April, you worked so well with Ruben and I---from the very beginning when we were still trying to figure out what we wanted to the very end when you were there helping get everything picked up.

It is very scary to plan a destination wedding. You're never quite sure of what you're getting into. However, you made it so easy. After one phone call you knew my style and the pictures and suggestions you sent me via email were always just what we wanted. All of the vendors you suggested and hired were awesome. We absolutely LOVE our photographs and DVD. Suzanne Morel did a great job with our hair and make-up. The church in San Jose was exactly what we had mind and the reception was breathtaking!

All of our guests have told us more than once how much fun they had and how beautiful and organized everything was. (By the way, our parents absolutely LOVED you!) Not only were you a top notch wedding planner you were a great sport! (Participating in the bouquet toss and dancing with my Dad!) We really loved working with you April---our fellow Texan!!! Our wedding was so stress-free and enjoyable. In fact, we were so relaxed that 2 weeks after we got home from Cabo we found out that we brought back a "special souvenir" with us from Cabo. We're pregnant and expecting in March! :)  

I would definitely suggest that any couple looking to marry in Cabo to contact Baja Weddings. The service was exceptional and the staff is sensational.

Words cannot express how much your company and April has helped us in planning our wedding.  Talk about taking a HUGE load off our shoulders!  April, you are truly wonderful!  You are personable, responsive and very attentive to EVERY detail of a wedding.  For a rookie like myself, you were a god-sent.  I was grateful for your guidance as to what looks good in a wedding, what time and place should things occur and how to arrange everyone and everything.  I have no clue how we would have done this wedding in the Mexican "manana" mentality without you folks.  And honestly, not that I am complaining, but your fee was a STEAL for all your work. 

Please thank Coleen and John on my behalf as well.  I loved John's ceremony!  Simple, short, and sweet!  Plus, he was patient with our mistakes (such as Chad saying "I do" to every sentence and me not finding the ring finger).  John accommodated both the Christian and Hebrew traditions without questions.  He was also SMILING throughout the entire ceremony.  What a treat!  :)  It was great to meet Coleen at the wedding as well.  Thank you for looking so festive Coleen! 

Overall, I could not stop talking about my experience and how lucky I was with your wedding planning skills.  There were two couples at the Dreams looking at the hotel and considering marrying in Cabo.  I said that although Jessica does a GREAT job, NO ONE should get married in Cabo without Baja Wedding.  I totally talked you folks up.  We were super happy with your services!

Hi April-

We felt like we were at a celebrity wedding, but it was our daughter and son-in-law's-It was WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dave and I have been to over 100 weddings, BUT we have never experienced one like this one and probably never will again!! We heard that from so many of our guests also. It was way over the top and everyone had the best time. MOST OF ALL it was the dream wedding for our daughter, Kelly and her husband, Spencer. They cannot stop talking about it and neither can we!!

April-you were so welcoming, friendly, warm, and PROFESSIONAL. AND very organized and everything JUST seemed to happen-BUT, you were taking care of every detail and made sure the evening went perfectly!! And one reason that it did was because you had all of our questions, concerns, changes, and additions taken care of before we arrived. We still had a couple of things that we decided to add once we arrived and you handled it in such a timely manner. We could relax and have the time of our life--We did not have to do one thing!!

Coleen-Thank you also for your help and attentiveness when I needed it. Your help was SUPERB also!! We can see why your company-Baja Weddings is so successful and an excellent place for people to put their faith in for the BEST destination weddings EVER!! We would be happy to recommend you and your staff to anyone wanting a quality and 1st class destination wedding.

Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you. On a positive note, the wedding was so beautiful that the images still remain fresh in my mind.

Mike & I wanted to write to thank you for all you did to make our wedding such an  AMAZING event.  EVERYTHING was GORGEOUS!   I could have never imagined such a beautiful wedding.  Our flowers were exactly like the pictures I had sent you.  Thomas was FANTASTIC!  Our pictures are so much more than we ever expected.  The linens turned out perfect!  Joaquin was so patient with all of our requests, and played everything we asked for.  Paula & the girls with Suzanne Morel were so patient.  My hair was exactly what I had hoped for.  You went over and above in every aspect!!!!!

As I told you, I don't trust easily.  I am a firm believer in "if you want something done right, do it yourself", however, I always felt comfortable & had complete trust in you.   From our arrival to Mexico until our departure, you were fabulous! 

I am going to keep it touch periodically.  We are going to be back next year for our anniversary (I have already started pricing the trip).  We would love to see you then, and if you are ever around Galveston please give us a call!

 I am so sorry, I just was cleaning out my email and relliazed the email I had sent you was still in my out box.

I just wanted to say thank you for every thing!  We could not have asked for any thing more!  Our wedding turned out perfact!  There was not one more thing that we could have asked for, the location, the flowers, even the resturant you helped us with afterwards, was just wonderfful!  The only thing I was worried about was the photographer, since I did not know him, and the pictures came out so beautiful, I would highly recommend him to any one!

I can not thank you enough for every thing!  It was truely our dream wedding, and we could not have asked for any thing more!

We are going to try planning to come back to Cabo in the next couple of years, we absolutly loved it, and we will make sure to let you know when we do!
