Being born in beautiful Australia it was both natural and encouraged that I followed my communications degree in literature and journalism with a world trip! What I didn’t know was that a year abroad would turn into me passing through mini-Australia (I think everyone else calls it England!), sunny Cuba and finding a second home in Mexico. After time spent in both Cancun and Mexico City I now call Cabo home, and have found its gorgeous beaches, small town vibe and beautiful personalities just too hard to leave!

In the last four years I’ve learned one of the most valuable lessons of my life - how to truly appreciate aother culture from the inside out and love living amongst it all! I’ve learned Spanish (with many hilarious mistakes along the way!), but by far the hardest was grasping American English! I know that your mobile is a cell phone, it’s gas and not petrol, and you just really have to call it a sweater and not a jumper! I love meeting new characters from all over the globe and truly appreciate the meaning of multiculturalism.

My background in journalism led me to a position as a travel writer in Australia and from there it was a quick hop and step into public relations and event management, my true passion! My decision to take on the world of weddings means I now get to dot the i’s and cross the t’s. I find attention to detail, like the color of a ribbon or finding just the right song for her trip down the aisle, reaps the most satisfying results, and designing the perfect wedding for every couple has become far more than just a job.
