When I first came to Cabo three years ago I fell in love with the place... It reminded me of my hometown Guaymas with its beautiful desert beaches bathed by the Sea of Cortez. I had been working in Logistics and Customer Service Areas for seven years. However, I always felt I needed another kind of rush and excitement in my life, and that's when I decided to make a change in my career. Becoming a Wedding Designer has given me the opportunity to help couples make their Dream Wedding come true and be a part of a huge turning point in their lives. It's such a joy to see a Bride and Groom experience the beginning of a new stage and embark together on the rest of their lives, the bliss in their eyes with a simple look at each other... no matter how many times I do this, I experience the excitement with each and every wedding!!! I thank the Baja Weddings Team for giving me the opportunity to work with them; my family for being so supportive, and for being an outstanding example and role model of a happy long-lasting marriage and, last but not least, all the couples I've had the blessing to meet and work with for letting me be a part of one of the biggest thrills of their lives!

Hi Gaby and Coleen,
This email is long overdue! Adam and I returned from our honeymoon last week and are adjusting to the cold weather and to being back at work. We sure do miss Mexico!
I cannot thank you enough for all you did to make our wedding a success. We are completely blown away by the entire experience. Every detail - from the legal ceremony, to rehearsal, to the beautiful ceremony and reception went off perfectly. I know that this is completely due to your efforts.
First, I have to thank you for your wonderful suggestions for location and vendors. Cabo Del Sol was the most beautiful location and their service was excellent. Our guests cannot stop talking about the food and how nice the staff was there. The food and drink were excellent!! We have completely fallen in love with that location and we would not have considered it without Emlee's suggestion. We would highly recommend it to any of your future couples!
I also have to thank you for suggesting Manuel for photography. (Thank you again Colleen for hand delivering my photos to Salt Lake!) His pictures are gorgeous! We have thousands of them and they all are excellent. He truly is a professional and the quality of his pictures is amazing. And he is such a sweetheart - it was so much fun to have him a part of our experience.
I just can't say enough good things about all the services you provided or vendors you suggested. The flowers were gorgeous! Those centerpieces were better than I ever dreamed they could be! And my mom loved them (and we all know how important flowers are to her)! The music - both the Trio and Mariachi did such a nice job. They certainly added so much to our ceremony and cocktail hour. And Suzanne Morel and her staff did such a nice job.
Please give John our thanks for the wonderful ceremony. It was so meaningful to both Adam and I and many guests have remarked at what a lovely ceremony it was.
And finally, I need to thank you Gaby for all your hard work. You did such an amazing job keeping track of everything and keeping up organized. Everything was so well run and well put together. You really allowed me to sit back and enjoy the experience of getting married and for that I cannot thank you enough. Please thank the girls for me for all their hard work as well.
It was such a meaningful week for us and our family and friends. They cannot stop talking about it. My 90 year old Grandmother told me the other day "In 90 years I've been to a lot of weddings and that was the event of a lifetime!"

I wanted to take a minute to tell you what a wonderful job Gaby did with our wedding at Fiesta Americana on April 26. It was a bit daunting for us to think about planning a wedding outside of Los Angeles, but it really could not have been easier thanks to Gaby. Her communication by email and phone was excellent - although she's planning several weddings at once, she always made me feel like ours was getting her full attention. She also had a great sense of the style and feel we were going for, so she picked vendors and made suggestions about flowers and decor that were always right on point. Given that brides have to make hundreds of choices about the wedding, her ability to narrow things for me and only give us ideas that were within our style and price range was an enormous help.
I could go on and on, but I'll sum up by saying that Will and I had very high expectations for our wedding, and a very specific aesthetic we wanted to create for our guests. Thanks to Gaby, and to the wonderful staff at Fiesta Americana (recommended by BW), our wedding was absolutely beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. It was definitely a weekend that neither we nor our family and guests will ever forget.

I received the picture book no problems. It is beautiful and everyone I show it to loves it also I think that is a great idea.
I am so impressed with everything and the way things went I couldn't have asked for a better wedding. Everything from start to finish turned out beautiful.
You were great in all the correspondence back and forth before the wedding and then you did a great job when we got there. The flowers were the best of all they did such a beautiful job on them. That was the best part of the pictures when he took the ones of our rings and the flowers together they made a great background for the picture.
Hope we weren't to hard to work with. I couldn't have had a better experience especially for getting married in Mexico. Today is our month anniversary and it seems like yesterday. Thank you so much for all the help and the great job you did. Tell Coleen I said you did an excellent job with everything. Have a great rest of the week.
